I’m an analytical, practical thinker with over 30 years of experience across start-ups, operations, and consulting. My interests sit at the crossroads of technology, history, and business, and my work focuses on helping organisations navigate change without losing their footing. I’ve worked hands-on with companies at different stages, often embedding myself within teams to help them get started, scale, or untangle operational challenges. I believe technology should enable better decisions, not create confusion. Professionally, I’ve worked with multi-national companies, supported APAC expansion, and managed post-acquisition integration, including a two-year assignment in Sydney, Australia. I’ve travelled extensively across ASEAN, the USA, and Europe, and built a strong regional network that provides valuable cultural and local insight. My experience includes helping a start-up grow into an acquisition by a NASDAQ-listed company, advising on emerging markets, and consulting on disruptive technologies and business models. I continue to work in this space because business transformation is never static, and neither am I.
